    摘要:

    近年来,我国城市轨道交通建设实现跨越式发展,目前已成为全球地铁运营里程最长的国家。然而,随着地铁运营时间的增加、周边地下空间的开发利用以及外部环境的不断变化,隧道管片结构往往会出现收敛变形、裂缝、渗漏水等病害。为保障地铁隧道结构的安全与稳定,针对上述常见病害,采取针对性治理措施并分析治理效果。依托某工程实例,采用堵漏、裂缝修补、微扰动注浆、钢环永久加固等综合整治措施,提出了“微扰动注浆+钢环加固”组合技术路径,详细介绍了各项施工工艺及治理细节。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the construction of urban rail transit in China has achieved leapfrog development, and China has now become the country with the longest subway mileage in the world. However, with the increase of subway operation time, the development and utilization of the surrounding underground space, and the continuous change of the external environment, the tunnel segment structure often suffers from convergence deformation, cracks, water leakage and other diseases. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the subway tunnel structure, the targeted treatment measures are taken for the above-mentioned common diseases and the treatment effects are analyzed. Relying on a project example, the comprehensive treatment measures such as leakage plugging, crack repair, micro-disturbance grouting, and permanent reinforcement of steel rings are adopted, and the combined technical path of “micro-disturbance grouting and steel ring reinforcement” is proposed. The construction technologies and treatment details are introduced in detail.
