    摘要:

    聚焦临港新片区顶科社区科学公园景观工程,深入探究了项目区的水土流失状况,明确了水土流失现状及其主要影响因素。基于可能发生的水土流失趋势预测,提出了针对性的防治体系,并依据该工程防治目标,对防治效果开展预测工作,定量测算并深入分析实施防治措施后预期实现的具体目标值。结果表明:各项措施实施后,在施工期及设计水平年各项指标均达到或超过目标值,生态效益较好;建立在水土流失分析、防治措施体系和效益分析基础上的水土保持管理体系可有效控制工程建设过程中产生的水土流失,促进工程建设与生态环境的和谐共生,为同类项目提供重要的实践范例和理论参考。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on the Lingang New Area Dingke Community Science Park Landscape Project, the status of soil and water loss in the project area is deeply explored, and the current situation of soil and water loss and its main influencing factors are identified. Based on the prediction of the possible trend of soil and water loss, a targeted prevention and control system is proposed, and the prevention and control effect is predicted according to the prevention and control objectives of the project. The specific target value expected to be achieved after the implementation of the prevention and control measures is measured quantitatively and analyzed in depth. The results show that after the implementation of the measures, the indicators in the construction period and the design level year will reach or exceed the target value. The ecological benefits are good. The soil and water conservation system established on the basis of analyzing the soil and water loss, prevention and control measure system and benefits can effectively control the soil and water loss caused in the engineering construction, and promote the harmonious coexistence of engineering construction and the ecological environment, which provides important practical examples and theoretical reference for similar projects.
