    流态固化土作为一种流动性好、强度可控的新型回填材料,可提高回填工程的施工效率和回填质量,同时该技术可实现工程渣土和泥浆的资源化利用,加快完善流态固化土技术标准体系对其推广应用具有重要意义。梳理分析我国8部流态固化土现行标准的适用范围、主要技术指标及测试方法,试验研究了不同标准规定下流态固化土试样抗压强度的尺寸效应。结果表明:我国流态固化土技术标准体系由团体标准和地方标准构成,尚存在术语表述不统一、指标体系差异明显和核心指标(流动度、抗压强度)测试方法各异等问题,导致不同标准下流态固化土技术参数可比性差、技术适配性存在争议,且流态固化土强度的尺寸效应与强度大小有关,但对应关系不显著。建议加快制定流态固化土行业标准和国家标准,引导团体标准和地方标准在修编和新编过程中逐步统一,推进流态固化土推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Fluidized stabilized soil, as a new type of backfill material with good fluidity and controllable strength, can improve the construction efficiency and quality in backfilling projects. This technology also enables the resource utilization of construction spoil and mud. Therefore, accelerating the improvement of the technical standard system for fluidized solidified soil is of great significance for the promotion and application of this technology. The applicable scopes, main technical indicators and test methods of eight current standards related to fluidized stabilized soil in China are sorted out and analyzed. The experimental studies are conducted on the size effect among the fluidized stabilized soil strengths under different standard specifications. The results indicate that the technical standard system for fluidized stabilized soil consists of group standards and local standards in China. However, there are still problems such as inconsistent expression of terms, obvious differences in the index system, and different testing methods for core indicators (fluidity, compressive strength), which lead to the problems such as poor comparability of technical parameters and disputes over technical adaptability of fluidized solidified soil under the different standards. And the size effect of fluidized solidified soil strength is related to the magnitude of strength, but the correlation is not significant. It is recommended to accelerate the formulation of industrial and national standards for the fluidized stabilized soil, and to guide the gradual unification of group standards and local standards during the process of revision and new compilation in order to promote the application and popularization of this technology.
