    摘要:

    用于监测隧道、桥梁等构建筑物沉降状态的技术与手段有多种,但是尚未出现基于形状记忆合金这类智能材料的沉降监测技术与手段。通过以“外环东段(华夏中路~龙东大道)交通功能提升工程1标”项目临时钢便桥为载体,在国内首次应用基于形状记忆合金材料制作且用于监测沉降变形的新型智能监测系统,结果发现该智能监测系统不仅具备监测钢便桥安全状态、提前预警“坍塌”风险的意义,而且安装操作简单、方便,还表现出实时在线、精准、高效等特点。

    Abstract:

    There are various technologies and methods used to monitor the settlement of tunnels, bridges, structures and buildings, but there are no settlement monitoring technologies and means based on smart materials such as shape memory alloys. Relying on the temporary steel bridge of the project in Bid I of “Outer Ring East Section (Huaxia Middle Road~Longdong Avenue) Traffic Function Upgrading Project, a new type of intelligent monitoring system based on shape memory alloy materials and used for monitoring settlement deformation is firstly used in China. It is found that this intelligent monitoring system not only has the significance of monitoring the safety status of temporary steel bridges and giving early warnings of the risk of "collapse", but also is simple and convenient to install and operate, and demonstrates the characteristics of real-time online, accuracy and efficiency.
