    摘要:

    为满足复杂条件下长距离输水需求,通过足尺模型试验,结合有限元分析方法,研究了一种玻璃纤维增强塑料复材预制管道。采用静载试验分析了管道变形历程,研究表明管道具有初始环刚度大、后期延性好、承载力高的优点。采用冲击试验研究了蒙皮厚度、管节接头方式对管道冲击性能的影响,并根据试验结果对复材管道提出了实际应用推荐构造措施。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the needs of long-distance water delivery under complex conditions, a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite prefabricated pipeline was studied by full-scale model test and finite element analysis.A prefabricated pipeline made of glass fiber reinforced plastic composite materials was designed.The deformation process of the pipeline was analyzed through static load tests, and the research indicated that the pipeline possesses advantages such as high initial ring stiffness, good ductility in the later stage, and high bearing capacity. Impact tests were conducted to investigate the effects of skin thickness and joint connection methods of the pipeline segments on its impact resistance. Based on the test results, practical reinforcement measures and recommended construction for the composite pipeline were proposed.
