Abstract:The mixing of rainwater and sewage in urban residential areas has become the key bottleneck to restrict the current water environment quality. Through the precise identification of mixing points enabled by multi-technology collaborative diagnostics, the construction of a hierarchical governance model integrating "source separation - process regulation/storage - end purification", and introduction of digital platform for intelligent whole-process management, a theoretical framework for the full-chain refined reconstruction covering the detection and diagnosis, scheme design, construction implementation, operation and maintenance, and regulatory supervision is proposed to provide the reference for the systematic scheme of rainwater and sewage mixing reconstruction in the urban residential areas, which promotes the upgrading of the drainage industry from "end treatment" to the entire process of “source prevention and control - process regulation - intelligent operation and maintenance”, and facilitates the high-quality development of the water environment treatment system.
