Abstract:Taking the intelligent industrial park passage for Huanghe Avenue (Phase I) Project as the research object, the planning design and key technologies of composite underground transportation passage are systematically explored under the co-construction conditions of tram and underground expressway. The focus is on analyzing the alignment, standard cross-sectional layout, and entrance/exit settings of the intelligent industrial park passage. By comparing the structural performances, construction costs and durability of different box culvert structural systems, the single-cell three-chamber box culvert with conventional reinforcement is selected as the optimal scheme. Combined with a graded design for deep foundation pit support and a comprehensive waterproofing and drainage system, the engineering safety is ensured. For the characteristics of extra-long underground passages, a disaster prevention and rescue system integrating "structural cavity evacuation + vehicle ramp emergency response" is established. The engineering practices demonstrate that this engineering scheme can provide the theoretical basis and engineering experience for the construction of similar underground roads.
