    摘要:

    竖向规划是控规层面专项支撑,是山地丘陵城市实施性规划基础。从山地丘陵城市的特征出发,提出化工园区竖向规划的原则和策略,从道路竖向规划、场地竖向规划、排水规划和土石方平衡四个方面对山地丘陵城市化工园区竖向规划的方法进行分析和研究,并对竖向规划过程中需注意的要点进行梳理和归纳。以期在园区近期建设时,直接指导项目施工图设计,切实减少土石方外运,最大限度实现土石方平衡,降低政府投资。

    Abstract:

    Vertical planning is the special support of the control and regulation level and is the basis of the implementation planning of mountainous and hilly cities. Based on the characteristics of mountainous and hilly cities, the principles and strategies of vertical planning of chemical parks are put forward. The vertical planning methods of chemical parks in mountainous and hilly cities are analyzed and studied from four aspects of vertical planning of roads, vertical planning of sites, drainage planning and earthwork balance, and the essentials for attention in the vertical planning process are sorted out and summarized. In the recent construction of the park, it is expected to directly guide the design of project construction drawings, effectively reduce the external transportation of earthwork, maximize the earthwork balance and reduce the government investment.
