    摘要:

    随着城市化进程的加快,城市可用土地不断减少,且基坑周边影响因素渐趋复杂,因此对深基坑工程的施工标准及风险管控要求不断提升。依托淞沪路~三门路下立交工程,分析了深基坑工程施工对周边环境影响的主要原因。根据主要原因分别采取了深基坑工程变形控制的主要施工技术和方法,包括三轴搅拌桩微扰动槽壁加固技术、坑内差异化地基加固、地下连续墙质量无损检测、型钢垫层快速稳定坑底变形技术、基坑快速开挖管理等,并通过实例验证,可为同类项目提供经验。

    Abstract:

    With the acceleration of urbanization, the available land in cities is constantly decreasing, and the influencing factors around foundation pits are becoming increasingly complex. Consequently, the construction standards and risk management requirements for deep foundation pit engineering are continuously being heightened. Based on the Songhu Road - Sanmen Road Underpass Project, the main reasons for the impact of the construction of deep foundation pit engineering on the surrounding environment are analyzed. According to the main reasons, the main construction techniques and methods for deformation control in deep foundation pit engineering are respectively adopted, including the three-axis mixing pile micro-disturbance tank wall reinforcement technology, the differentiated foundation reinforcement within the pit, the non-destructive testing of underground diaphragm wall quality, the rapid and stable deformation technology for the bottom of pits with section steel cushion layers, and the rapid excavation management of foundation pit. These technologies and methods are validated through the practical cases, and can provide the experience for the similar projects.
