    摘要:

    近年来,城市地下空间开发利用项目发展日新月异,涌现出越来越多的市区深基坑工程。在城市市区的深基坑开挖工程中,往往面临周边环境复杂的情况,如周边既有建筑,地下管线等。双排桩支护作为一种既能保证支护刚度、控制水平位移,又能避免施工水平内支撑对施工组织及工期的影响的支护形式受到不少设计及施工单位的青睐。结合南昌市某基坑工程,分别用2种常规深基坑计算软件及一种有限元软件分析双排桩支护形式下基坑开挖与浅层土变形的关系。同时与实际基坑开挖时的浅层土变形监测数据进行对比,对比上述3种软件计算结果与实际监测数据,为后续类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the development and utilization of urban underground space have progressed rapidly, which makes more and more deep foundation pit projects emerge in urban areas. The deep foundation pit engineering in city centers often faces the complex surrounding environments, including adjacent existing buildings and underground pipelines. The double-row pile support structure has gained popularity among the design and construction units because of its effective solution that not only ensures the support stiffness, controls the horizontal displacement, but also avoids the impacts of horizontal internal bracing on construction organization and schedules. Combined with a foundation pit project in Nanchang, the relationship between the foundation pit excavation and the shallow soil deformation under the double-row pile support form is analyzed respectively by using two kinds of conventional deep foundation pit calculation software and one finite element software. Meanwhile, the comparison is carried out with the monitoring data of shallow soil deformation during the actual foundation pit excavation, and the above three calculation results of the software are compared with the actual monitoring data, which provides a reference for the subsequent similar projects.
