Abstract:In recent years, the development and utilization of urban underground space have progressed rapidly, which makes more and more deep foundation pit projects emerge in urban areas. The deep foundation pit engineering in city centers often faces the complex surrounding environments, including adjacent existing buildings and underground pipelines. The double-row pile support structure has gained popularity among the design and construction units because of its effective solution that not only ensures the support stiffness, controls the horizontal displacement, but also avoids the impacts of horizontal internal bracing on construction organization and schedules. Combined with a foundation pit project in Nanchang, the relationship between the foundation pit excavation and the shallow soil deformation under the double-row pile support form is analyzed respectively by using two kinds of conventional deep foundation pit calculation software and one finite element software. Meanwhile, the comparison is carried out with the monitoring data of shallow soil deformation during the actual foundation pit excavation, and the above three calculation results of the software are compared with the actual monitoring data, which provides a reference for the subsequent similar projects.
