在我国各等级道路的桥梁中，有很大比例为中小跨径桥梁，其下部结构多采用盖梁桥墩。下部结构传统采用现场浇筑法施工，需搭设模板支架，工期长，对交通和环境影响大。随着工业化发展，机械设备、施工精度、运输、吊装能力得到提升，近年来桥墩的预制拼装技术得以推广应用，显著提升了施工效率，增强了施工安全性与质量管控水平。相关行业主管部门组织完成了《装配式桥梁设计与施工》标准图集的编制。着重介绍了图集的编制过程、计算方法、构造设计和适用范围等。

Abstract:

In the bridges of various grades of roads in China, small-span and medium-span bridges account for a large proportion, and the bent cap piers are commonly adopted for the substructures. The traditional substructures are constructed by the cast-in-place method, and it is necessary to set up the formwork supports, which takes a long time and has a significant impact on traffic and the environment. With the advancements in industrialization, the mechanical equipment, construction precision, transportation and hoisting capabilities have been enhanced. In recent years, the prefabricated and assembled pier technology has been promoted and applied, which has significantly improved the construction efficiency, and enhanced the construction safety and quality control levels. The relevant industry authorities have organized and completed the compilation of the standard drawing set for Design and Construction of Prefabricated Bridges. The compilation process, calculation methods, construction design and application scope of the drawing set are emphatically introduced.
