    摘要:

    针对G15嘉浏高速改扩建工程施工中钢箱梁桥分阶段横向拼接带来的半幅通车半幅施工变形控制的难点,采用非接触数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)技术,结合免靶标和有靶标的多种测量方式,监测得到在车辆荷载下不同监测点的动挠度时程数据、最大挠度数据和桥梁振动变形分布情况,同时对数据分析的结果表明DIC技术在桥梁位移测量中应用的可行性,可以为在通车条件下横向分段拼装桥梁的连接评估振动特性,为后续的老桥改扩建项目的施工监测提供了重要的技术参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the difficulty of controlling the deformation of half traffic and half construction caused by the transverse splicing of steel box girder bridge in stages in the construction of G15 Jialiang Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project, combined with a variety of measurement methods without and with targets, the non-contact digital image correlation (DIC) technology is adopted to monitor the time-history data of dynamic deflection, the maximum deflection data and the distribution of bridge vibration deformation at different monitoring points under vehicle load. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis show the feasibility of applying DIC technology in the measurement of bridge displacement, which can evaluate the vibration characteristics for the connection of transverse segmental assembled bridges under traffic conditions, and provides an important technical reference for the construction monitoring of the subsequent reconstruction and expansion projects of the old bridges.
