    摘要:

    针对嵊州市某区块防洪排涝需求,提出了基于50 a一遇防洪标准的雨水泵站系统设计方案。工程采用“分区治理、雨污分流”的原则,分别建设设计流量为16.3、11.5 m3/s的雨水泵站,配套10 000、7 770 m3初雨调蓄池。通过建立“初雨调蓄+分级排放”的运行模式,结合“离子氧化-活性炭吸附”梯级除臭系统,实现了防洪排涝与水环境保护的双重目标。工程建成后将显著提升区域防洪能力,同时有效控制初期雨水污染,为类似城市新区的防洪工程建设提供了可借鉴的技术方案。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the demand for flood control and waterlogging prevention in a block of Shengzhou City, a design scheme of rainwater pumping station system based on the 50 a flood control standard is proposed. The principle of "zoned governance and separation of rainwater and sewage" is adopted in the project. Two pumping stations with the design flows of 16.3 m3/s and 11.5 m3/s are constructed, respectively, which are supported with 10 000 m3 and 7 770 m3 initial rainwater storage tanks. By building an "initial rainwater storage + staged discharge" operational mode, combined with the “ion oxidation-activated carbon adsorption” stepped deodorization system, the dual objectives of flood control and waterlogging drainage and environmental protection are realized. After the project completion, the flood control capability of the area will be obviously enhanced. At the same time, the pollution of initial rainwater is effectively controlled, which provides the referenceable technical schemes for the construction of flooding control engineering in the similar new urban areas.
