Abstract:The cross-sectional form of the large-cantilever composite cross-section segmental girder is innovated. The entire cross-section is decomposed into two parts of "prefabricated core section box girder" and "prefabricated cantilever", which are prefabricated in segments. The "prefabricated core section box girder" is hoisted, erected and assembled by the bridge erection machine, and the "prefabricated cantilever" is gradually assembled and completed after the core section is formed. Based on the construction hoisting capacity and weight reduction efficiency of the composite cross-section, the qualitative analysis is conducted on the standard section and span adaptability of the large-cantilever composite section segmental girder. At the same time combined with the finite element calculation, the reasonable structural systems and construction schemes for different spans are studied. The overall layout and structural system applicable to the large-cantilever composite cross-section segmental girder are provided.
