    摘要:

    归纳总结桥梁大挑臂复合截面节段梁的耐久性设计体系和优化思路,并深入研究后装挑臂与核心箱梁间的接缝耐久性问题。分析后装挑臂拼装误差导致的湿接缝钢筋保护层厚度偏差范围,并通过既有规范公式和有限元模拟2种方式,分别计算采用不同保护层厚度、接缝材料时以及在不同外部环境下氯离子对混凝土主筋的侵蚀速率。结果表明提高后装挑臂接缝耐久性应对措施有效。

    Abstract:

    The durability design system and optimization ideas for the large-cantilever composite cross-section segmental girder of the bridge are concluded and summarized. And the durability issue of the joint between the rear-mounted cantilever and the core box girder is deeply studied. The deviation range of the wet joint steel reinforcement cover thickness caused by the assembly error of the rear-mounted cantilever is analyzed, and the corrosion rate of chloride ions on the main concrete reinforcement with different cover thicknesses and joint materials under the different external environments is calculated respectively through two methods of existing standard formula and finite element simulation. The result shows that the proposed countermeasures for improving the durability of the rear-mounted cantilever joints are effective.
