桥梁工业化设计审查的思考

摘要:

设计审查是工程质量控制的核心环节，桥梁工业化设计核心理念有别于常规的桥梁设计，审查的重点也应有所不同。从技术性审查（构件拆分合理性、耐久性、过程安全性、抗震设计、施工方案）和政策性审查（装配率指标、信息化技术运用）2个方面，总结了桥梁工业化设计审查的重点。不断完善设计技术标准，健全设计审查体系，桥梁工业化将会迎来更广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:

Design review is a core link to control the engineering quality. The core concept of industrialized bridge design is different from that of conventional bridge design, and the focus of the review should also be different. From the perspectives of technical review (including the division rationality, durability, process safety, seismic design and construction schemes of the components) and policy review (such as assembly rate indicators and the application of information technology), the key points of industrialized design review for bridges are summarized. By constantly improving the design technical standards and perfecting the design review system, the industrialization of bridges will enjoy a broader development prospect.
