    摘要:

    为了切实提升道路养护施工过程中的施工质量,系统地梳理了江苏省高速公路沥青路面养护工程质控系统中各个环节的预警指标,将指标分为表征指标和关键指标,明确了不同阶段不同指标的优化需求。针对油石比、料车等待时间、停机等料表征指标、有效施工温度和碾压及时性等关键指标,创新性地提出不同指标对应的预警思路。同时,根据预警思路提出依据指标类型配置高、中、低3个预警档次的具体方案,并明确了预警档次的划分原则。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively improve the construction quality during road maintenance, the warning indicators for each link in the quality control system of asphalt pavement maintenance projects on highways in Jiangsu Province were systematically sorted out. The indicators were divided into characterization indicators and key indicators, and the optimization requirements for different indicators at different stages were clarified. Innovative warning strategies have been proposed for key indicators such as oil stone ratio, waiting time for material trucks, downtime, effective construction temperature, and timely compaction. At the same time, a specific plan for configuring high, medium, and low warning levels based on indicator types was proposed according to the warning concept, and the principles for dividing warning levels were clarified.
