Abstract:In order to effectively improve the construction quality during road maintenance, the warning indicators for each link in the quality control system of asphalt pavement maintenance projects on highways in Jiangsu Province were systematically sorted out. The indicators were divided into characterization indicators and key indicators, and the optimization requirements for different indicators at different stages were clarified. Innovative warning strategies have been proposed for key indicators such as oil stone ratio, waiting time for material trucks, downtime, effective construction temperature, and timely compaction. At the same time, a specific plan for configuring high, medium, and low warning levels based on indicator types was proposed according to the warning concept, and the principles for dividing warning levels were clarified.
