The integrated application of photovoltaic (PV) glass is systematically investigated in bridge engineering, proposing a synergistic design approach that enhances the whole-life-cycle economic performance of bridges while effectively reducing carbon emissions. By constructing a lifecycle carbon efficiency assessment model based on an engineering case study, the research findings provide theoretical foundations and technical guidance for the design and implementation of PV systems in bridge projects. The application of renewable energy is advanced in transportation infrastructure and an innovative paradigm for green transportation infrastructure development is established.
