    摘要:

    交叉口作为城市道路交通疏散的关键节点,直接影响着路网的通行效率和安全性,评估畸形交叉口的安全风险状况至关重要。为此,首先基于形态学特征对畸形交叉口进行分类,深入剖析其交通安全风险特征;其次基于“人-车-路-环境”系统,构建了定量化风险评估方法;最后以某典型X形交叉口为实证案例,从车道功能优化、慢行系统完善、交通设施升级和智慧管控等多个维度实施调优策略,使交叉口安全水平和通行效率得到了显著提升,同时为同类节点改造提供了较好的实践经验。

    Abstract:

    As the key nodes for urban road traffic evacuation, the intersections directly influence the traffic efficiency and safety of road network. Assessing the safety risks of irregular intersections is essential. Therefore, the irregular intersections are firstly classified based on morphological characteristics, and the traffic safety risk features are deeply analyzed. Secondly, a quantitative risk assessment method is established based on the "human - vehicle - road - environment" system. Finally, taking a typical X-shaped intersection as a case study, the optimization strategies are implemented from the multiple dimensions including lane function optimization, non-motorized system improvement, traffic facility upgrading and intelligent management control, which makes the safety level and traffic efficiency of intersections obviously improved, and also provides the better practical experience for the reconstruction of the similar nodes.
