Abstract:Regarding the application of gray-green collaborative planning methods in the sustainable development of resource-based cities, firstly, based on the urban ecology and landscape ecology theories, the principles and ideas of gray-green collaborative planning are elaborated. Secondly, a technical framework for gray-green collaborative planning is proposed from six aspects of current situation description, goal setting, current situation evaluation, change strategy, performance assessment and planning decision-making. Finally, taking the implementation of the gray-green coordination strategy in Jingyu County, Jilin Province from the three scales of the county, small watersheds and the central urban area as an example, the implementation effect of the gray-green planning project on water-related infrastructure, road traffic infrastructure and other aspects of this case are evaluated by using the models of SWAT and SWMM. The research shows that the implementation of gray-green planning can significantly improve the situation of soil and water loss, enhance the rainwater runoff control capacity, and generate the considerable economic benefits. Multi-scale gray-green collaborative planning can significantly enhance the resilience of resource-based cities, and its technical framework and pathways provide a replicable practical paradigm for resource-base cities.
