    摘要:

    针对超深顶管工作井在建筑物密集、作业空间狭小的中心城区施工难题,介绍了悬吊装配式竖井(SPS)自动化掘进工艺在非开挖顶管领域的应用。该工艺通过悬吊下沉系统稳定预制拼装井身,采用多角度旋转刀头配合绞吸系统水下全自动掘进,相对于传统工艺作业所需施工场地小、效率高且更为低碳环保。工程实践表明装配式竖井施工技术:自动化程度高,竖井下沉自主可控;竖井采用预制管片拼装而成,极大提升了现场施工效率和质量;采用不排水形式掘进下沉,可有效控制开挖面的失稳风险和周边沉降。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the construction challenges of the ultra-deep pipe jacking shaft in the central urban area with dense buildings and limited working spaces, the application of the automated tunneling process for suspended prefabricated shafts (SPS) in the trenchless pipe jacking field is introduced. This process stabilizes the prefabricated and assembled shaft body through a suspended sinking system and uses a multi-angle rotating cutter head blade in conjunction with a twisting suction system for fully automatic underwater excavation. Compared with the traditional processes, it requires a smaller construction site, is more efficient, and is more environmentally friendly and low-carbon. The engineering practice shows that the construction technology of prefabricated shafts has a high degree of automation, and the sinking of shafts is autonomous and controllable. The shaft is assembled with prefabricated pipe segments, highly improving the efficiency and quality of on-site construction. And the tunneling and sinking are carried out in an undrained form, which can effectively control the instability risk of the excavation face and the surrounding settlement.
