    摘要:

    装配式多节段预制立柱在结构性能方面存在刚度不足、延性较低和抗震能力较弱等问题,而施加自锁式预应力是一种有效的增强手段。然而,该类立柱在实际施工中面临拼装工艺复杂、安装精度难以控制等挑战。为此,结合某实际工程,详细介绍了自锁式预应力立柱的具体施工流程和关键控制要点。工程实践表明,该施工方法合理且可靠,在缩短施工周期、提高施工安全性和优化结构受力性能等方面均具有显著优势,可为类似工程提供有益参考。

    Abstract:

    Prefabricated multi-segment columns have problems such as insufficient rigidity, low ductility and weak seismic resistance in terms of structural performance. And applying self-locking prestress is an effective means of reinforcement. However, this type of column faces challenges such as complex assembly techniques and difficulty in controlling installation accuracy during actual construction. Therefore, combined with a practical project, the construction process and key control points of self-locking prestressed columns are introduced in detail. The engineering practice confirms that this construction method is feasible and reliable, and has the remarkable advantages in shortening the construction period, improving the construction safety and optimizing the structural force performance, which provides a valuable reference for similar projects.
