城市更新背景下交通专项体检指标研究

Research on Special Physical Examination Indicators for Transportation under Background of Urban Renewal in Chongqing

随着我国城镇化率不断提升，交通拥堵情况日益严重。以重庆市2023年城市体检交通专项研究为例，首先在分析国内现有交通评价指标体系的基础上，指出住房城乡建设部城市体检指南中基础指标的不足；其次根据重庆市相关规划指标和山地城市特点，构建了既全面、又有地域特色的专项体检指标库；最后针对重庆市2023年中心城区交通运行状况，从设施建设、运行效率、服务水平3个角度进行评估，并据此精确定位拥堵病灶、找准病因，为推动城市更新和专项治理等成果转换提出了建议和对策。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious. Taking the 2023 Chongqing Urban Physical Examination Transportation Special Research as an example, on the basis of analyzing the existing evaluation index system for urban transportation, the deficiencies of the basic indicators in the urban physical examination guidelines of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development are pointed out. According to the relevant planning indicators of Chongqing City and the characteristics of a mountainous city, a comprehensive and regionally distinctive specialized physical examination index database has been established. The traffic operation status of the central urban area of Chongqing in 2023 is evaluated from three perspectives of facility construction, operational efficiency and service level. Based on this, the source of congestion is accurately located and the cause is identified, which proposes the suggestions and countermeasures to promote the transformation of achievements such as urban renewal and special management.
