    随着经济和社会的发展,水利排涝泵站工程是解决城市内涝和防洪安全的主要设施,如何有效地保证水工建筑物和水泵电机安装的有效衔接、确保水泵电机设备的安装精度,是一项难度较高的工程。珠三角地区是华南暴雨核心区之一,结合高明区西江产业新城官棠泵站建设工程,深入研究泵站出水压力管穿泵房后墙技术的发展情况,以预留二期穿墙洞口的施工技术为提升基础,经优化止水设置方案,提出一种钢管直埋入泵房后墙墙身的施工工艺,出水管与后墙一次浇筑,钢管和水泵出水管焊接形成整体,实现了泵房后墙基本无渗水的效果,确保项目运行安全,经济效益良好。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the economy and society, the hydraulic drainage pumping station projects are the key facilities for addressing urban waterlogging and flood control safety. How to effectively ensure the effective connection of hydraulic structures and pump-motor installations, and how to guarantee the precision of pump-motor equipment installation are the highly challenging projects. The Pearl River Delta region is one of the core areas of rainstorms in South China. Combined with the Gaiming District Xijiang Industrial New Town Guantang Pumping Station Construction Project, an in-depth study is conducted on the development of the technology where the effluent pressure pipe of the pumping station passes through the rear wall of the pump house. Taking the construction technology of reserved Phase II wall-passing openings as the upgrading foundation, a waterstop arrangement scheme is optimized, and a construction technology of steel pipe directly embedded into the rear wall body of pump house is proposed. The effluent piper and the rear wall are cast in one time, and the steel pipe and the pump effluent pipe are welded to form an integrated system. The effect of no water seepage in the rear wall of the pump house is basically achieved, and the safety and benefits of project operation are guaranteed.
