    摘要:

    受地质条件、作业环境、施工水平等因素影响,在铁路桥梁桩基施工过程中废桩现象偶有发生,从而严重影响基础施工进度和质量。以某高速铁路群桩基础为例,研究了在不同位置补1根桩、同侧补2根桩、以基础中心为对称点对称补2根桩等不同补桩方案对基础配筋、桩长、整体受力、基础刚度和单桩承载力等指标的影响,并结合现场实际情况,确定了以废1补2对称补桩方案为最优补桩方案;同时提出了补桩设计的基本思路和注意事项,为后续类似情况提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Affected by geological condition, working environment, construction level and other factors, the phenomenon of abandoned pile occurs occasionally in the construction process of railway bridge pile foundation, which seriously affects the progress and quality of foundation construction. Taking a pile group foundation of a high-speed railway as an example, the effects of different pile filling schemes, such as one pile filling at different positions, two piles filling on the same side, and two piles filling symmetrically with the center of the foundation, on the indexes of foundation reinforcement, pile length, overall force, foundation stiffness and bearing capacity of single pile are studied. And based on the actual situation on site, it is determined that the symmetrical pile filling scheme of “waste 1 and fill 2” will be the optimal pile filling scheme. At the same time, the basic ideas and precautions of pile filling design are put forward, which provides reference for the following similar situations.
