Abstract:Affected by geological condition, working environment, construction level and other factors, the phenomenon of abandoned pile occurs occasionally in the construction process of railway bridge pile foundation, which seriously affects the progress and quality of foundation construction. Taking a pile group foundation of a high-speed railway as an example, the effects of different pile filling schemes, such as one pile filling at different positions, two piles filling on the same side, and two piles filling symmetrically with the center of the foundation, on the indexes of foundation reinforcement, pile length, overall force, foundation stiffness and bearing capacity of single pile are studied. And based on the actual situation on site, it is determined that the symmetrical pile filling scheme of “waste 1 and fill 2” will be the optimal pile filling scheme. At the same time, the basic ideas and precautions of pile filling design are put forward, which provides reference for the following similar situations.
