    在铁路安全保护区或邻近区域建设高层住宅楼,将对既有铁路运营安全造成一定风险。针对此类问题,以某高层安置房项目建设为例,基于其地下室平面尺寸大、基坑深度超过一定规模、地上住宅楼层高和邻近既有铁路的工程特征,分析其地下室施工、高层住宅楼建设和安置房运营对既有铁路运营安全造成的风险,采用三维建模数值模拟的方法,判断项目建设运营期间各施工工况对既有铁路路基的影响,同时提出有效的防范措施,以规避风险,降低项目在实施阶段对既有铁路的不利影响,确保铁路的运营安全,为未来城市经济社会高速发展过程中类似的涉铁高层住宅楼建设和实施提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The construction of high-rise residential buildings in railway safety protection zones or adjacent areas will pose certain risks to the operational safety of existing railways. In view of such problems, taking the construction of a high-rise resettlement housing project as an example, based on the engineering characteristics of its large basement plane size, foundation pit depth exceeding a certain scale, high residential floors above ground, and proximity to the existing railway, the risks brought by the basement construction, high-rise residential building construction, and resettlement housing operation to the safety of the existing railway are analyzed. A three-dimensional modelling numerical simulation method is used to judge the impact of each construction condition on the existing railway subgrade during the construction and operation of the project, and the effective preventive measures are proposed to avoid the risk, reduce the adverse impact on the existing railway in the implementation stage of the project, and ensure the operation safety of the railway, which provides a reference for the construction and implementation of similar railway-related high-rise residential buildings in the rapid development of urban economy and society in the future.
