    摘要:

    在软土地区基坑工程设计中,常用的支护型式有地下连续墙、灌注桩、SMW工法、钢板桩等。上海某雨水调蓄工程中2座改迁管道的包管井基坑,针对其挖深8 m左右,地处现状道路交口施工场地受限,且周边有建(构)筑物和较为复杂的市政管线的工程特点,创造性的提出MJS桩内插型钢的支护方式,采用同济启明星软件进行设计,工程的实施取得了良好的技术经济效果,为软土地区复杂市政工程环境中基坑设计和施工提供了一种新的支护方案。

    Abstract:

    In the design of foundation pit engineering in soft soil areas, the commonly used support types include the diaphragm walls, cast-in-place piles, SMW method, steel sheet piles, etc. For the foundation pits of two pipe support wells for pipeline relocation in a rainwater storage regulation project in Shanghai, the excavation depth is about 8 m. The construction site is located at the intersection of existing roads with limited space, and the engineering features are that there are the surrounding buildings and more complex municipal pipelines. The support method of MJS pile insert section steel is creatively proposed. The design is carried out by using Tongji Qimingxing software, and the project implementation has achieved good technical and economic effects, which provides a new support scheme for the design and construction of foundation pits in complex municipal engineering environments in soft soil areas.
