无锡市医疗健康产业园交通组织方案研究及配套措施建议

Research on Traffic Organization Scheme and Suggestions of Supporting Measures for Wuxi Medical and Health Industrial Park

无锡市医疗健康产业园综合了现有无锡市儿童医院、无锡妇幼保健院两座大型医院的功能，将建设为集妇女儿童医疗、教学、科研、保健、康复为一体的医疗保健综合体，面向全市及周边城市服务。产业园位于无锡市经开区贡湖大道与隐秀路交汇处西南角，周边用地条件复杂，部分处于城市更新和转型升级阶段，片区交通需求进一步增加。以产业园为研究对象，分析其区位交通条件，研判未来交通需求，提出外部交通组织思路和策略，制定外部交通组织规划方案，并提出相应的配套工程措施和实施计划，以此指导产业园交通工程设计实施，打造安全、便捷、高效的外部交通体系。

Abstract:

The Wuxi Medical and Health Industrial Park integrates the functions of the existing Wuxi Children's Hospital and Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital to build into a medical and health care complex integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, health care and rehabilitation for women and children, serving the whole city and surrounding cities. The industrial park is located at the southwest corner of Gonghu Avenue and Yinxiu Road in the Wuxi Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its surrounding land conditions are complex. Some areas are in the stage of urban renewal and transformation and upgrading, and the demand for transportation in these areas has further increased. Taking the industrial park as the research object, its location and transportation conditions are analyzed, the future transportation demand is judged, the external transportation organization ideas and strategies are proposed, the external transportation organization plans are formulated, and the corresponding supporting engineering measures and implementation plans are put forward to guide the design and implementation of transportation engineering in the industrial park, creating a safe, convenient and efficient external transportation system.
