Abstract:To solve the critical problems of high coordination difficulty and stringent precision requirements for cantilevered assembly during the construction of long-span steel box beams of elevated bridges in complex urban environments, the solutions are sought to enhance the efficiency of construction management and ensure the safety and quality of projects. A mini-program-based digital management system is developed and applied. This system strictly controls each stage of the on-site cantilevered assembly process through the means of standardization and digitization. Simultaneously, the multi-source monitoring data of attitude, stress and deformation of the steel box beams can be integrated and visualized on real time. The implementation of this system significantly enhances the overall control ability of management personnel over complex construction sites and the efficiency of information acquisition to realize the refined management and control of the construction process. Finally, the construction risks are effectively reduced, and the quality and safety of the cantilevered assembly of long-span steel box beams are ensured.
