铰接空心板梁桥整体换梁梁型方案研究

    摘要:

    铰接空心板梁桥是早期国内桥梁建设应用最为广泛的桥型,由于超载、施工偏差、结构老化等因素影响,近年来铰接空心板梁桥病害频发。当铰接空心板梁主体结构病害较严重时,整体换梁是处治病害的最有效手段,因此有必要对整体换梁梁型方案进行研究。与新建项目不同,由于保留了下部结构,整体换梁项目梁型比选需考虑更多因素。以上海市S20外环高速泰和路高架桥22 m跨径铰接空心板梁换梁为例,总结梁型比选原则,从多个角度对先张法刚接空心板梁和双T梁进行比选,研究成果可为整体换梁项目提供参考经验。

    Abstract:

    The hinged hollow slab beam bridges were the most widely used bridge type in early bridge construction in China. In recent years, the frequent structural damages have occurred in such bridges due to factors like overloading, construction deviations and structural aging. When the main structure of hinged hollow slab beams suffers severe diseases, the integral beam replacement is the most effective method of treating the diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to study the beam-type schemes for integral beam replacement. Unlike new construction projects, the beam-type selection for integral beam replacement projects requires considering more factors due to the retention of substructures. Taking the replacement of 22 m-span hinged hollow slab beam of Taihe Road Elevated Bridge in S20 Outer Ring Expressway as an example, the beam-type selection principles are summarized. The pre-tensioned rigidly connected hollow slab beams and the double T-beams are compared and selected from multiple perspectives. The research findings can provide reference experience for the integral beam replacement projects.
