Abstract:The elevated bridge of the railway section of Ouya Avenue in Xi'an International Port District is set up to span the North Ring Line of Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway for freight transportation, and is a (60+60)-m double-amplitude prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous box beam bridge. In order to reserve the channels for the planned Metro Line 3 and ground roads, and avoid affecting the elevated bridge of Metro Line 10, a construction method of synchronous horizontal asymmetric rotation at the top of the portal pier is adopted during the construction process. On the premise of meeting the functions of the bridge, the interference of bridge construction on the operation of existing railways is greatly reduced. The double-span continuous beams to span the railway is adopted with the asymmetric rotation construction method. The structure is novel, the stress is complex, the rotation tonnage is large, the asymmetric span is long, and the rotation is carried out at the top of the portal pier, which is the first of its kind in northwest China.
