    摘要:

    上海市中山南路地道位于外滩金融集聚带南外滩地区,三纵东线的重要节点,北接外滩隧道,南连南浦大桥,是地下空间综合体开发项目。工程的建设旨在提升中山南路主干路功能,改善滨江地面道路品质,以及助力南外滩滨水区域与腹地地下空间开发。设计采用了“分离过境交通、缝合地面空间、整合地下空间”的策略,通过建设地道保障了主干路的地下连续,分离地面过境交通改善了环境品质,结合地道建设综合开发道路下方空间整合了两侧地块地下空间,妥善处理好了交通、开发、地面景观的关系。该工程实践证明了地下综合开发对于解决核心区交通与开发矛盾是有效的,对类似工程提供了一定借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    The South Zhongshan Road Tunnel in Shanghai is located in the South Bund area of the Bund Financial Agglomeration Zone, is an important node of the east line of the three vertical arterial roads, connects to the Bund Tunnel in the north and the Nanpu Bridge in the south, and is an integrated underground space development project. The construction aim of the project is at the upgrading of the arterial road function of South Zhongshan Road, the improvement of ground road quality along the waterfront, and the promotion of the development of underground space in the South Bund waterfront area and hinterland. The strategy of "separating the through traffic, sewing up the ground space, and integrating the underground space" is adopted in the design. By constructing the tunnel, the underground continuity of the arterial roads is ensured, and by separating the through traffic at ground, the environmental quality is improved. Combined with the tunnel construction, the space beneath the road is comprehensively developed to integrate the underground spaces on both sides of the plots. And the relationship among transportation, development and ground landscape has been properly handled. The implementation of this project demonstrates that the comprehensive development of underground space is an effective solution to the conflicts between transportation and development in core urban areas, which provides the valuable insights for similar projects.
