Abstract:For the vertical rotation project of the 2 450-t steel main pylon of the Longgang Road Bridge over the Nanfei River in Hefei City, the mechanical calculation system in the special vertical rotation scheme is specially studied. Through the force analysis of the rotation system, the parameter design of hydraulic synchronous lifting, and the dynamic monitoring method, the problem of the stability of the super-large load rotation is solved. An overall model of the vertical rotation of the steel main pylon of the bridge is established to analyze the most unfavorable construction state of the concentrated load effect. Based on this, an analysis model of the main pylon rotation hinge is established to analyze its local mechanical performance. Combined with the finite element simulation and on-site measured data, the reliability of the “lattice compression bar + hydraulic control” system is verified, providing a mechanical calculation paradigm and construction control parameters for similar projects.
