Abstract:Due to its reliable structure, small flow channel head loss and small excavation depth, the shaft tubular pumps have been widely used in many large-sized and medium-sized low-head pumping stations in recent years. There are generally high-speed motor, gear box and bearing box in the shaft. The number of equipment is large, the space is limited and the noise is superimposed, especially for the shaft tubular pumps with a single pump flow rate of around 10 m3/s and a slightly smaller flow rate. Due to the large proportion of the shaft, the width-to-height ratio of the water inlet on the side of the shaft is large, which is unfavorable for the flow pattern of the water. In order to make the shaft tubular pump have better adaptability, taking the shaft tubular pumps of Nanxinjing Pump Gate as an example, after the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of motor energy consumption, pump room size, bidirectional speed regulation, outlet gate speed and noise, the low-speed permanent magnet motor with frequency converter is used to replace the high-speed motor with gear box for deceleration. By analyzing the operation process and fault causes of the pump unit, the condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and condition trend prediction for high-voltage permanent magnet motors are conducted to realize the intelligent operation and maintenance management.
