摘要:

为深入贯彻党中央国务院关于建设数字中国的决策部署，国产化BIM软件在工程项目全生命周期的应用需求日益迫切。以川渝高竹新区电子产业园区基础设施建设项目为例，阐述了广联达BIM软件在方案设计、模型建立、成果汇报等阶段的应用，并简单介绍了BIM软件主要的模型分析工具，为类似项目的前期方案研究提供参考经验。与国外BIM软件进行对比，国产BIM软件具有多专业协同设计、贴合国内设计习惯、二三维联审模式、生态体系良好、配置要求低、安全可靠等优势。

Abstract:

To thoroughly implement the decisions and plans of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on building a digital China, the application demand of domestic BIM software in the entire life cycle of engineering projects is increasingly urgent. Taking the infrastructure construction project of the Electronic Industrial Park in Sichuan Chongqing Gaozhu New Area as an example, the application of Glodon BIM software in the stages of scheme design, model establishment and achievement report is expounded, and the main model analysis tools of BIM software are briefly introduced, providing the reference experience for the preliminary scheme research of similar projects. Compared with foreign BIM software, the domestic BIM software has the advantages such as multi-disciplinary collaborative design, conforming to domestic design habits, 2D and 3D joint review modes, good ecosystem, low configuration requirements, security and reliability.
