Abstract:Excessive settlement of soil in the construction zone under overload conditions can lead to deformation exceeding design limits or even failure of buried pipelines. The application of stabilized soil backfill method can effectively control the deformation of buried pipelines. To analyze the impact of ground vehicle overload on stress and deformation of buried pipelines before and after stabilized soil backfill,the three-dimensional solid models before and after stabilization are established to analyze the vertical deformation,lateral deformation,axial deformation and corresponding stress conditions of the buried pipe before and after the stabilization and backfilling of the soil. The results indicate the pipeline deformation predominantly occurs in the vertical direction. Under the natural soil conditions,both the overall settlement and localized settlement of the buried pipeline are substantial,the maximum deformation reaches 27.6 mm and the stress exceeds the safety standards. After the soil is stabilized and backfilled,the stress concentration phenomenon in the buried pipe can be effectively avoided. The deformation control effect of the buried pipe is obvious,and the maximum stress is within the safe allowable range.
