Abstract:The construction waste industrial park not only enhances the resource utilization rate of construction waste, but also provides the strong support for the comprehensive promotion of “waste-free city” construction. By sorting out the development process of newly-built construction waste industrial parks in China, the focus is on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of industrial parks at different stages. The results show that the construction waste industrial park has gradually evolved from a single type and a comprehensive type to a zero-carbon type, which not only realizes the ecological and efficient disposal of resources and a harmonious coexistence with the surrounding environment, but also promotes the rational allocation of land use and functional layout. For another, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of layout, energy, industrial synergy, and industry-academia-research integration to achieve the construction and layout of a zero-carbon industrial park, which provides a reference for promoting the high-quality development of new-built construction waste industrial parks in the new era.
