    摘要:

    重庆市地形复杂,高架桥多且限载,弯道多且半径小,因此需采用装配式节段小箱梁来解决运输困难的问题。进行构件轻量化小型化设计,确定装配式节段小箱梁的结构形式,对比装配式节段小箱梁整体结构和接缝截面的计算理论,采用MIDAS Civil建立一片装配式节段小箱梁的有限元模型,分别对其整体结构、接缝截面及节段进行验算,验算结果满足规范要求。装配式节段小箱梁解决了现有山地城市装配化构件运输困难的问题,可实现构件的轻量化、小型化、标准化、工业化。

    Abstract:

    The terrain in Chongqing is complex, with numerous elevated bridges and load limits, as well as many curves with small radii, therefore, prefabricated segmented small box girders need to be adopted to solve the problem of difficult transportation. The lightweight and miniaturized design of components is carried out, the structural form of prefabricated segmented small box girders is determined and the calculation theory of the overall structure and joint section of the prefabricated segmented small box girder is compared. A finite element model of a prefabricated segmental small box girder has been established using MIDAS Civil, its overall structure, joint section and segments have been verified respectively, and the verification results have met the specification requirements. Therefore, the prefabricated segmented small box girder has solved the problem of difficult transportation of prefabricated components in existing mountainous cities, achieving lightweight, miniaturization, standardization and industrialization of components.
