    结合嘉兴市一期管线及泵站大修工程大管径管道修复工程案例,聚焦紫外光固成型内衬技术(UV-CIPP)在污水管道修复中的应用,系统探讨其技术原理、应用价值及发展前景。通过分析城市污水管道老化现状及传统修复技术的局限性,阐明UV-CIPP技术推广的必要性。该技术以光敏树脂玻璃纤维软管为载体,经紫外线固化形成内衬管,具有非开挖、施工周期短、环保性强等显著优势,但也存在设备成本高、预处理要求严格等局限。研究表明,UV-CIPP技术在污水管道修复中应用价值显著,其材料创新与智能化施工将是未来发展方向,为城市地下管网可持续运维提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    Combined with the case of the large-diameter pipeline repair project in the Jiaxing Phase I Pipeline and Pumping Station Overhaul Project, the focus is on the application of ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe technology (UV-CIPP) in the repair of sewage pipelines, and its technical principle, application value and development prospect are systematically discussed. By analyzing the aging status of urban sewage pipelines and the limitations of traditional repair technologies, the necessity of promoting the UV-CIPP technology is clarified. This technology has significant advantages such as being trenchless, having a short construction period, and being highly environmentally friendly by using photosensitive resin fiberglass flexible tubes as the carrier and forming inner lining tubes through ultraviolet curing. However, it also has limitations such as high equipment costs and strict pretreatment requirements. The research shows that UV-CIPP technology has significant application value in the repair of sewage pipelines. Its material innovation and intelligent construction will be the future development direction, providing a technical reference for the sustainable operation and maintenance of urban underground pipe networks.
