Abstract:Rail transit is a core component of urban transportation, but its construction requires huge capital investment. Therefore, it is crucial to control and manage its engineering cost. Taking the Shenzhen Metro Line 27 Phase I Project as the object, and combined with the preliminary design data, the key aspects such as project planning, line station location scheme, passenger flow prediction and train operation organization are analyzed. The cost control essentials and optimization measures in each stage, aiming to achieve the reasonable investment control and efficient utilization, which provide reference for similar projects.
