Abstract:Aiming at the challenges of traffic organization in the demolition and construction period of urban overpasses under the background of expressway reconstruction and expansion, the construction characteristics and the traffic impact mechanisms are further analyzed, and a refined design scheme of traffic organization and a multi-dimensional impact assessment system are established. By precisely dividing the construction into three stages, a hierarchical guidance strategy and a signal coordination scheme are designed. Combined with the traffic simulation technology and multi-dimensional impact evaluation, the construction impacts are quantized. Taking the G15 Shenyang-Haikou Expressway (Ningbo Jiangshan to Xiwu) Reconstruction and Expansion Project as a case study, an optimization scheme for traffic diversion strategies is proposed from aspects such as traffic control, guidance and diversion, and optimization of public transportation to multi-dimensionally evaluate and verify that the detour cost is controllable, the safety risk is reduced, and the negative impact of construction on traffic is lowered. While ensuring the smooth progress of the construction, the orderly traffic in the construction area and the surrounding roads are guaranteed, which provides a full-chain solution from theoretical innovation to practical application for similar projects.
