    摘要:

    在长江一级、二级阶地区域内建设的污水处理厂构筑物地基持力层以软土地基为主,地基处理依据工程地质、抗浮水位和上部荷载,采用浅层换填、桩基础或复合地基等技术。为选择能满足技术、施工、经济要求,保证其适用性和性价比的地基处理方案,以实际案例为依托,从工程设计角度出发,根据构筑物特性与功能需求,对换填法、桩基础、复合地基这3种地基处理方案进行了综合比选,确定其中的长螺旋钻孔压灌桩复合地基处理方案为最优方案;同时通过研究长螺旋钻孔压灌桩复合地基的设计与施工过程,提炼了关键参数和实施要点,可为同类工程提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    The bearing stratum of the structures of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) constructed within the first and second terraces of the Yangtze River is mainly soft soil foundation. The foundation treatment is based on engineering geology, anti-floating water level and upper load by using the technologies such as shallow layer replacement, pile foundation or composite foundation. In order to select the foundation treatment schemes able to meet the technical, construction and economic requirements and ensure its applicability and cost performance, relying on the practical cases, from the perspective of engineering design, and based on the characteristics and functional requirements of the structures, three foundation treatment schemes of replacement method, pile foundation and composite foundation are comprehensively compared and selected. It is determined that the long spiral borehole pressure grouting pile composite foundation treatment scheme among these schemes is the optimal scheme. At the same time, by studying the design and construction of the long spiral borehole pressure grouting pile composite foundation treatment scheme, the key parameters and implementation essentials are extracted, which can provide the technical reference for the similar projects.
