Abstract:In order to study the anti-collision performance of a new type of UHPC prefabricated and assembled guardrail, taking an urban bridge as the engineering background, and based on ABAQUS software, a numerical analysis model was established. The real vehicle collision simulation was carried out under three working conditions of 1.5 t minibus, 18 t bus and 33 t truck to analyze the vehicle trajectory, the stress distribution and damage in the impact point areas of guardrail, and the dynamic time-history response of deformation, speed and acceleration of guardrail, and to study the safety performance of UHPC prefabricated and assembled anti-collision guardrails. The results show that the guardrail is mainly used to stop large trucks and mainly used to guide minibuses. The prefabricated guardrail can effectively prevent vehicles from rushing out of the bridge. When a vehicle collides, the damaged parts of the guardrail mainly appear in the collision section, which has little influence on the adjacent guardrail. The stress at the interface between guardrail and UHPC is the largest under the impact of vehicles. Therefore, the interface between guardrail and UHPC should be specially designed.
