Abstract:Aiming at solving the existing problems in virtual driving technology such as high modeling cost and inability to integrate traffic simulation data, and based on the game engine UE5, a road traffic virtual driving system integrating multi-source heterogeneous data is proposed. This system uses road facility models, surrounding environment models and traffic simulation data to construct a three-dimensional scene with simulated traffic flow, which can be used with the equipment of VR glasses, steering wheels, foot pedals and other devices. Engineering cases show that this system has achieved the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data of road traffic engineering with virtual driving technology. Under the premise of verifying the rationality of road engineering design, it can be applied to the display of virtual driving scenarios.
