    摘要:

    钢支撑伺服系统可以有效控制基坑变形和保护周围建构物,但在工程实际中,原有的伺服钢支撑系统的油路、供电线、信号线会随基坑深度的加深和设置混凝土围檩而导致安装困难,使得基坑无支撑暴露时间较长,影响伺服支撑的应用效果。此外,地面上的泵站后台也会影响基坑的应急通道。新型伺服钢支撑将油泵集成伺服端,仅需要一根控制总线,即可进行供电和信号传输,能有效解决上述难题。上海市21号线杨高北路站应用新型伺服钢支撑和传统伺服钢支撑,通过对比应用效果,验证新型伺服支撑的可靠性和先进性,并提出了改进思路。

    Abstract:

    The steel support servo system can effectively control the foundation pit deformation and protect the surrounding structures. However, in the engineering practices, the oil circuit, power supply line and signal line of the original servo steel support system will cause installation difficulties as the depth of the foundation pit increases and the concrete purlins are set up, which will make the foundation pit be exposed without support for a relatively long time, and affect the application effect of the servo support. Additionally, the background of the pumping station on the ground can also affect the emergency passage of the foundation pit. The new servo steel support integrates the oil pump into the servo end, requiring only a single control bus for both power supply and signal transmission, which effectively resolves the above challenges. The new servo steel support and the traditional servo steel support are applied in North Yanggao Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 21. By comparing the application effects, the reliability and advancement of the new servo support are verified, and the improvement ideas are proposed.
