Abstract:The stainless steel impeller chamber of molded axial flow pump is mainly used for the large-diameter blade adjustable axial flow pumps in the large-scale water supply and drainage, long-distance water conveyance, flood control and waterlogging drainage, urban river water transfer, irrigation and other large-scale key water conservancy projects. These projects are related to the national economy and the people's livelihood, and have the significant social and economic benefits. With the development of society and the advancement of technology, these large-scale water conservancy projects put forward not only the high requirements for the hydraulic performance and structural performance of water pumps, but also the higher requirements for the processing technology, manufacturing quality and cavitation resistance of water pumps. The molded stainless steel impeller chamber has the advantages of reliable quality, excellent corrosion and cavitation resistance, neat and attractive appearance, and controllable manufacturing cycle. In view of this, when the large axial flow pumps are designed and manufactured, the application of new processes and new structures of molded stainless steel welding is explored for the impeller chamber of core hydraulic parts to comprehensively improve the performance and quality of the impeller chamber.
