    废旧无纺土工布作为天然聚丙烯材料,具有较好的力学性能。使用0.25%~1.00%比例聚丙烯纤维对阜西西路路基填料进行加固,并通过击实试验、CBR试验和渗透试验研究不同比例聚丙烯纤维加固原位土后土的物理力学性能变化。结果表明,随着纤维比例的增加,土的最大干密度略有减小,最佳含水率增大。加固土的CBR随着纤维比例的增加而减小,当纤维比例为0.5%时,CBR存在峰值,各项参数均满足农村公路设计规范的相关要求。此外,加入聚丙烯纤维后,土的渗透系数显著提高,表明使用聚丙烯纤维加固路基土可以改善路基的排水性能。

    Abstract:

    Waste non-woven geotextiles, as natural polypropylene materials, have good mechanical properties. The polypropylene fibers with a proportion of 0.25% ~ 1.00% are used to reinforce the roadbed stuffing of West Fuxi Road. The changes in the physical and mechanical properties of the in-situ soil after reinforcement with polypropylene fibers of different proportions are studied through compaction tests, CBR tests and permeability tests. The results show that with the increase of the fiber proportion, the maximum dry density of the soil slightly decreases and the optimal moisture content increases. The CBR of the reinforced soil decreases with the rise of the fiber proportion. When the fiber proportion is 0.5%, there is a peak in CBR. All parameters meet the relevant requirements of the rural highway design standards. Furthermore, after adding polypropylene fibers, the permeability coefficient of the soil is significantly increased, indicating that using polypropylene fibers to reinforce the roadbed soil can improve the drainage property of roadbed.
