诏安县农村生活污水治理工程实践分析

Analysis on Engineering Practice of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in Zhaoan County

摘要:

农村生活污水治理在黑臭水体整治、资源化利用、乡村振兴、碳减排及生态文明建设等方面具有重要意义。基于漳州市诏安县乡村振兴（农村人居生活环境整治）工程实例，对农村生活污水治理现状进行全面分析，系统介绍农村污水治理的设计过程，因地制宜提出适合诏安县村镇生活污水治理技术路线，总结农村污水提升与处理设施选址关键要素，优化传统农村污水处理工艺，阐述一体化泵站及处理站构筑物的具体设计参数，并利用智慧污水治理管控平台对处理水量和水质加强监督管理，建立长效管理机制。通过工程实例介绍，以期为广大农村污水治理项目提供思路和经验。

Abstract:

The treatment of rural domestic sewage is of great significance in the black and odorous water body remediation，resource utilization，rural revitalization，carbon emission reduction and ecological civilization construction. Based on a case of Zhaoan County of Zhangzhou City Rural Revitalization Project (improvement of the living environment in rural areas)，a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment is conducted. The design process of rural sewage treatment is systematically introduced. A technical route suitable for the treatment of rural and town domestic sewage in Zhaoan County is proposed according to the local conditions. The key factors in selecting the location of rural sewage pumping and treatment facilities are summarized. The traditional rural sewage treatment processes are optimized. The specific design parameters of integrated pumping and treatment station structures are explored. And the supervision and management of the treated water quantity and water quality are strengthened by utilizing the intelligent sewage treatment and control platform to establish the long-effect management mechanism. The introduction of the engineering examples can provide the ideas and experience for numerous rural sewage treatment projects.
