    摘要:

    随着我国汽车保有量的快速上升,城市交通拥堵问题日益突出,因此实施HOV(high-occupancy vehicle lanes)车道并提升其管控水平越来越重要。通过对HOV车道和普通车道的平均行程时间、平均行程速度以及启用前后的路段平均车速、车流量、2+小客车分担率等进行对比,分析了现有HOV车道实施效果和实施条件。在提升HOV车道实施水平方面,从空间维度提出了车道分隔、车道宽度以及交织车道、引道、直接连接匝道等的改造要点,并对不同分隔方式的应用场景进行了分析,为HOV车道的实施推广和优化提升提供了可靠的方案借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid increase in the number of cars in China, urban traffic congestion has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is increasingly important to implement HOV lanes and improve their control level. By comparing the average travel time, average travel speed, average vehicle speed, traffic volume, and 2+ passenger car sharing rate of HOV lanes and ordinary lanes before and after implementation, the implementation effect and conditions of existing HOV lanes are analyzed. In terms of enhancing the implementation level of HOV lanes, key points for renovation such as lane separation, lane width, interwoven lanes, approach roads, and direct connection ramps are proposed from the spatial dimension, and the application scenarios of different separation methods are analyzed, which provides the reliable reference for the implementation, promotion and optimization of HOV lanes.
