超薄磨耗层在城市道路中的抗滑应用研究

    随着我国城市化进程加快,汽车保有量增多,对城市道路服役耐久性尤其是抗滑性能提出了更高的要求。如何快速提升在役城市道路的抗滑性能成为城市道路的养护重点之一。为探究超薄磨耗层对城市道路沥青路面抗滑性能的提升作用,以某市政养护项目为依托,通过选择路面抗滑性能表征指标、原材料组成、混合料级配、施工工艺、质量控制等,明确了超薄磨耗层改善路面抗滑性能的施工技术方案。结果表明,加铺超薄磨耗层可显著提高路面抗滑性能,实际应用效果优异。

    Abstract:

    With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase in the number of automobiles in China, higher requirements have been put forward for the durability of urban roads, especially the anti-skid performance. How to rapidly enhance the anti-skid performance of existing urban roads has become one of the key focuses on the maintenance of urban roads. To explore the enhancing effect of ultra-thin wearing course on the anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement in urban roads, based on a municipal maintenance project, and by selecting the characterization indicators of the anti-skid performance of the pavement, the composition of raw materials, the gradation of mixtures, the construction techniques and the quality control, the construction technical scheme for improving the anti-skid performance of the pavement with an ultra-thin wearing course is clarified. The results show that the overall effect after the overlaying of the ultra-thin wearing course is good, which can significantly improve the anti-skid performance of the pavement, and the practical application effect is excellent.
